I was traveling on business, and my stay was far from good. My first night there I got put into a room that had water damage in the bathroom. There was a very strong mold smell. I was tired from driving all day, so I just kept the bathroom door shut and used it as little as possible. In the morning, I requested to be moved to another room. The hotel staff was very accommodating which I was thankful for. The room I got moved to was better than the last one but 3 out of the 5 nights I stayed there I was kept awake by extremely loud guests. The noise lasted for hours, and this was all after 10pm. One of the nights they were outside my room yelling at each other around 1:30am after making a lot of noise earlier. I recorded video each night to capture how loud they were being. They were so loud that you could hear them very clearly. I did not hear anyone from the hotel staff ask them to quiet down at all. Again, the noise lasted for hours. I did not call to complain due to being a female traveling alone and did not feel comfortable doing so. I would have requested to be moved to another hotel, but I had a lot of belonging's since I was staying for the entire week. I felt like I was staying at a lower end hotel rather than the Holiday Inn.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lobby did not match carpet down hallway and in room. Carpet was dirty and old. Hotel needs updating. I saw the front desk person mopping lobby floors when I arrived, she came to front desk to admit me. For breakfast we had to ask for items that were missing, and, in some instance, we were told that they didn't have any more. I noticed this is happening not only at this location, but in other Holiday Inn locations.

stay somewhere else.

We had to be moved rooms, the AC was out, the elevator broke while we were there. You have to use your card to get in and out of the hotel after 10pm, that didn't work with no front desk attendant, we waited for a good person to let us in. There were roaches present, no housekeeping and the parking situation was horrible. People taking up 2 spaces and no one doing anything about it. I gave it 2 stars because one person was trying to help.

Arrived T 4pm no rooms available When hotel was already reserved At 6 pm still no room no customer service when clerk called manager Christopher about said couldn’t do anything about it that we can just cancel Clerk Alex did take it about herself to find another room Checked into that room and tv didn’t worked Not the cleanest When next day went to front desk to speak to manager never came out was asked to leave name and number and didn’t recieve a call

Simply gross

When I arrived the person at the front desk said what room I was in while other people were there. I always thought they werent supposed to do that but I could be wrong. Now the room...it was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom along the sink and the mirror. There were spots on the floor it looked like hadnt been vacuumed. The desk in the room was super dusty like they never cleaned it. There were some old stains on the bedsheets and some random hairs. It made me think they didnt change sheets. The room itself smelled musty and the bathroom smelled like it hadnt been cleaned. I didnt even eat their breakfast so i dont know about the breakfast. I didnt trust it if they couldn't clean the room properly.
