Avoid if you can
Avoid if possible, i booked this hotel for 2 nights for my family of 5. I arrived at 4pm for check in, everything was normal until i got to the room. I was given the wrong room, i booked a 2 queen suite with a pullout sofa, thinking this would be comfortable enough. I got a king suite instead, 1 king 1 pullout sofa. I called the front desk, they said my room was given away and didn't have any available. Its about 430 pm now. I was told they can possibly try to switch rooms for the next night. Being tired after driving all day i said ok and would go speak to them in the lobby in person because i am hard of hearing. I laid on the bed for a few minutes to rest and when i finally got up to head to the lobby i noticed i was covered in white dog hair from the comforter. I then examined the room and noticed dog hair everywhere, i don't personally own animals and don't really want to sleep with someone's pets hair. I then went to the lobby and spoke with the front desk. I was told they spoke with the manager and just advised the same thing from the phone call. I then asked if they allowed animals and was told they do. I explained i was covered in dog hair and i was told i was having a bad luck day. Still waiting for discount. Since i prepaid. Never switched rooms, but that was on me because we would be out all day anyway and asked for the room to be cleaned. Comforter was just changed the next day. Still hair everywhere. Also mold on shower ceiling.
