My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at The Chesterfield Mayfair. It is what you’d expect from a 5 Star hotel. Service was impeccable in every way. The staff truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The onsite restaurant and bar were outstanding as well. Plus the hotel is located within ease to get to many historic centers and attractions. You will enjoy your stay here!

Lovely staff and perfect location for a long weekend in London. Hotel is under construction for a rooftop bar and we were not warned. Shower does not get hot, and the way it is configured you have to get in it to turn it on. Chandelier in room separating from ceiling.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The beauty, the perks, the staff, the food, the bed. Heated bathroom floors. Turn down with chocolate on the pillow. Just felt so pampered. I was sick for the two days and they were more than accommodating. Found me a doctor and pharmacy!!

Quiet and comfortable

This hotel is very comfortable. While the decor is dated and should be redone, the rooms are comfortable and relatively large and the staff is very personable and will go the extra mile to make you comfortable. The location is great, a little away from the hustle and bustle of Soho and Picadilly but still walkable. It is also close to Shepard Market, a charming enclave of restaurants and shops.

I loved this hotel. It had a small, boutique, classic old London hotel vibe, tucked into a corner of beautiful Mayfair, that was quiet but very close to sights and the tube. Excellent service and I loved our junior suite…beautifully decorated and comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming and we felt like royalty!

Chesterfield Mayfair

A hidden gem in the heart of Mayfair. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous and professional at all times. The food and service fantastic. If only more 4 star hotels could emulate the Chesterfield!

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel,friendly attentive staff. Efficient service. Bar staff manage to get balance between speedy service,friendliness and relaxed but respectful approach. I’m not used to staying in expensive or high-end hotels so I can’t compare to other similar places.

Highly recommend this lovely and charming hotel.Their staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The hospitality is the best I’ve ever had and the rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh water, tea and coffee and turndown service every night. I recommend getting cocktails at their bar and the fish and chips. We stayed here for Christmas and it was absolutely magical. We will definitely be coming back.
