Room: Had to fix phone, Safety Door latch broken, Called down for room service , No one answered. Went down to order food, could not fine anyone had to ask front desk to get someone. Tried to charge cell phone, tried more than one elect socket but phone kept saying slow charge. Kept phone plugged in all night and did not fully charge.
