Check in took a long time as they only had 2 staffs working. After a long wait, check in staff just tried to rush thru without proper info. We went to the wrong block of rooms and had to take the luggage and moved to another side of building. There’s an African looking staff stood by the lobby with no help at all. He did not want to answer any questions or help w anything. I wonder what the hotel hired him for. Room is very small but clean. Location is not bad but NOT inside train station liked it advertised. It’s 15 min walk from Milano central station. Taxi is about €10.

Nice property with outdoor courtyard. Unfortunately everyone smoking outside right under the no smoking sign so hard to enjoy. The breakfast was tasty but the cleanliness and service of the breakfast area was very slow. Hard to find a clean table to sit at.

Great stay

Great location. Right beside Metro which we used to travel around the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Outside beer garden lovely area to sit and have a drink after a busy day.

Very disappointed. Poor quality for high price

TV in the room didn't function. I arrive late in the afternoon, and after having dinner, we went to bed and wanted to see a movie in Netflix. A man from mantenaice staff came to to the room and after 15´ said to me the TV shoud have been change days before, as this problem was not new. Before leaving the hotel I tryied to talk with the manager, but he was not abalable to atted me. I sent email to the him asking to get a discount considering I had pay a very high rate, normal payed in 5 stars hotel. His answered was that the service they provided was for a 3 star hotel. I accept that but the price was the price for one night of a best quality cathegory.

It's a good hotel for a couple of nights. It's close to many shops within walking distance thanks to its location. The staff is friendly, and the security guards make you feel safe when waiting for your ride or leaving the hotel. The breakfast is quite good and highly recommended. The room is fine, but the only drawback is that the shower is somewhat small and the bathroom feels cramped when you're using it.

Great value in a good location

Great hotel close to the train station and a short walk to the main square. Rooms are basic and quite small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bar and restaurant is great and reasonably priced. This is my second stay and I would definitely return.

The hotel is easy to access, halfway between the station and the city center. The area is quiet, except from the tram. We were in a room in the "red section", on the right of the building. It gave on ghe street where the (old) tram passes by. And it is noisy! Thankfully, once we asked about a change of room, on the other side of the building, we were moved very easily and the new room giving on ghe courtyard, it was very quiet. The rooms are small but comfortable, the mattress was fine. The bathroom is not great, but enough for a short stay. There was a restaurant and a bar with terrace in the hotel, which we didnt use but can be pretty useful. The lobby is simple but comfortable and there are charging points. So overall a good stay, very nice staff, nice location.
