Can’t complain

Can’t complain. Reception was quick and straight forward for checking in and out. Room was clean with a good sized bathroom and shower. Beds were comfy, but had better pillows. Overall good night sleep.

Staying here at least twice a year

We have been staying at Leonardos for 5 years or more now and at least twice a year if not more. The location is great with so much nearby. We attend events at the ICC and this suits us very well. The breakfast is really tasty, lots of options! Staff are always friendly, rooms are spacious. The only thing that i struggle with is the lifts at busy tumes, which us understandable i suppose when hotel is near enpugh full capacity. But the other thing is we usually book the larger room and those are placed behind the lift..which makes it a little noisy during the night. However we keep going back. Trued a few others in between but we always come back here and will always do in the future too!

Really friendly staff and a lovely hotel. Stayed here for 1 night for a trip to the utilita arena. Walked there and to the train station within around 15-20minutes saving on transport costs. Great breakfast selection and happily catered for a vegan diet. Overall felt good value for money especially given the central location. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Room itself was nice, location was central, breakfast was fine. However the one thing you want from a hotel stay is a decent night's sleep. In our room on the 8th floor we could hear the lifts going up and down constantly, the noise was ridiculous. It sounded much like planes going overhead. I barely slept, once I did finally drop off after 2am, I was woken just before 5am by the lifts again. The room service left much to be desired. We got back to the hotel shortly after 10pm after seeing a show and we need something light to eat. The sandwiches although advertised as available 24hrs a day were not available, and it was also £6 for any room service to be brought to your room which was extortionate. Would not reccomend a stay here on that basis
