The room was a good size for the 4 of us (2 kids), staff were very helpful and the location was great, right in the centre of Birmingham near plenty of attractions and places to eat. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice.

Although there was a problem with the heating hotel is very nice and the gym is good as well for a hotel. We would definitely stay there again. We are on the 10th floor and found it very quiet.

I went to meet family and friends We had along journey and never eaten. Me and. My are over 40 and one of the staff members Told me and my wife to get up stairs and eat it. I found that very rude told the manager and he said the same

Room was good , shame about house keeping , only one large towel replaced ( when there was two of us . Asked for refills coffee/ Tea milk etc only gave us Tea bags and that was reluctant. Staff at the bar really nice customer services seemed a let down only doing what they had to do . Poor effort really , won’t be staying again unfortunately.

Loved the rooms very clean everything available Even the house keeping on point Really really disappointed by the staff one of the staff literally walked in my path and didn’t even move to the side One gentleman at reception was lovely But the rest of the staff need to learn to smile and be more helpful The room was cold and I said it wouldn’t work nobody came to check
