Smooth check in and out, friendly staff

We came to watch a concert and this was perfect location, we were respectful of the time we would be coming back not to disturb anyone, unfortunately our room had a connecting door to another and they weren’t so respectful of their noise till 3am. Overall hotel was spot on, great check in as did online before stay so only had to get keycard and loved the online check out too. Definitely recommend just not with a interconnecting room next door.

Great hotel in a great location

Fabulous hotel 5 minutes walk from the ICC Aircon was a godsend in the heat had the best 2 nights sleep . Breakfast buffet was really great and all the staff so friendly

The staff were brilliant ,they changed our room from front to a bck room because it w I uld be noisy obviously they could see were old people.(haha) One teeny little moan though coffee in room but no tea. But it didnt spoil our stay.
