There was plenty of choices of drinks. Slightly overpriced to be honest but seems the norm these days. The service at rhe bar was well conducted with no one served out of turn. The choices for breakfast was again well provides for most tastes and all the staff were pleasant and helful throughout our short stay. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy with a generous supply of beverages provided. The only slight problem was the tissues supplied in the bathroom ran out though it was as we were getting ready to leave. It was a lovely hotel to stay at and as we were seeing a show at the arena across the road the exit from the ground floor onto the concourse facing the venue was excellent considering the windy weather.

Find another hotel.

Food was good along with the service from the bar/kitchen staff. Reception staff rude and incompetent. Bar was very busy after a show we watched, attempted to use the self service shop to buy drinks but the check out didn't work. Directed to two different tills to make the purchase but was ignored by staff. Rooms where dated, stains on the carpets and mold in the bathroom.

We were there for one night to see Busted & Mcfly. Our room was perfectly sized, extremely clean, and had amazing water temperature and pressure. The staff was super helpful and friendly and even remembered us the next day. It was our first time in Liverpool and we're from Orlando, Florida in the states. We would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future!!

Average at best. Stale damp smell as we entered the room. No seal on the bottom of shower door which meant bathroom floor was soaking wet after use. Towels and sheets were fresh and clean. Kettle was very dirty but changed for a slightly cleaner one after speaking to reception. Bed was quite firm. Location was very convenient.

Rather disappointing overall

Repeatedly faulty door cards which, on the sixth floor was tedious. They did replace the cards after a few trips! Room service poor. Rather small supplies of teabags. Reception did not always answer the phone and then going all the way down showed nobody at the desk. We love Leonardo hotels but this just didn’t do that well, sorry!

Climate controls were difficult to figure out but room warm enough after solving how use the controllet. Room was a bit dark and dingy with low voltage lights. Wash basin was cracked as were the bathroom floor tiles. Carpet was very badly stained. Bed was comfortable. Room facilities were adequate but could do with better cleaning routine. Good wifi signal. All in all our stay was ok but room could do with a make over.

Great location close to the M&S area and within walking distance to Albert Dock, Liverpool one and Mathew Street. Our room had a great view of the Liverpool Wheel, was spacious for a triple room and was comfortable and roomy enough for 3 adults. The only downside was that it was very hot. This was our second visit to this hotel and we will definitely be back again!

Lovely staff. Great location for ACC, M&S arena and Albert dock. Room quite tired and bathroom in serious need of a refurb. Strong smell of mould in the room they originally put me.
