Black mold on the window sill, bed slats were broken and the door to the toilet/shower didn't close fully. the sink was clogged, emptied the basin super slowly. Breakfast was good, great selection of hot and cold style foods. Downstairs amenities were fine. 2 cards for access was great. Lobby staff were okay. Checkout was easy.

Hotel run by young kids who had no idea. Room appalling, bathroom door didnt close, tv old and wonky, furniture shabby, plug in sink didnt allow drainage and had to be removed. Cleaners didnt wash cups, empty bins or make bed. Tea coffee etc not replenished. Breakfast items poor quality and not replenished, often empty. Tables piled with dirty plates and we had to clear and clean or own. Staff doing nothing, apart from piling plates with breakfast for themselves and disappearing. Didnt speak English. Had issue with noisy girls in room opposite our and so called security man did nothing to help so had to deal with it ourselves. Lack of parking. Skip and old caravan in car park which we looked out on. Avoid!!!
