Great hotel in Liverpool
IHG Hotels are always our first choice for journeys. The hotel indigo is situated in a nice part of town, close to the sights of the city and the dock but just set back a couple of streets in a quiet area away from noise of traffic, pubs and clubs,
You are greeted by a nice reception area which is inviting after a long journey. After a quick check in you are up to your room and the first thing that hits you as you walk in is how clean the room was. The room was a good size for our stay with all the amenities you could wish for including a hairdryer, tea making facilities and even an iron.
The bathroom was exceptionally clean with a rain shower head that was lovely and warm, the hospitality soaps and shower gel was very good quality.
The bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Not really a problem but our room didn’t really have a view and lacked natural light coming through the small window but that was just were the room was situated and didn’t really bother us.
The breakfast is exceptional. The full English was of top quality and the staff were very helpful and nice.
All in all hotel indigo did not let us down and as usual IHG hotels gave us a great experience which we have grown too expect….thankyou
