Last minute booking as we weren’t happy with our accommodation at the Titanic hotel. Manager, reception, bar & restaurant teams were all fantastic & couldn’t have been more accommodating. Back to being our main stay when visiting Liverpool

A drop off in satisfaction.

Wardrobe door was very difficult to open. Durex lubricant found in safe. Hair found on bath on arrival. No info provided on car parking. I have stayed at this hotel many, many times and was advised to park at the cathedral in the past. I parked there this time but there is now a three day limit and I stayed there longer than that. I am awaiting the penalty charge.

Pleasant stay.

Enjoyable stay ; the staff make this hotel with their attentive and helpful approach. My room and bed were comfortable and warm. There were issues with the shower ( too hot ) which were sorted out by staff. Had dinner and breakfast - both good, tasty food. I was disappointed not to be able to have a swim as part of my stay at the hotel. The website i booked on tells potential customers that there is a charge for breakfast but does not say that there is a charge to use the pool / spa. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Hotel perfect location All staff so approachable and friendly I booked a standard room which was at no fault except the shower was accessible over the bath. If you want a walk in shower you need to book the room above ie a deluxe. My only criticism is you couldn’t access the pool or sauna in the spa without paying, even though I was a paying guest and the charge was steep at £55. I have stayed at many hotels of this level and above where you could access the spa for use of pool and sauna etc for free , disappointed!
