It was great to stay at Titanic and benefit from an unexpected upgrade. Our only disappointment was not being able to extend our stay because the hotel was fully booked. Dim corridors and dark-coloured rooms may not suit everyone.

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were excellent. The charges to use the pool were outrageous. The food in the bar was quite good but we had order breakfast in the room. It was cold and lacked quality

Amazing stay!

We have just returned from a 1 night stay at here and it was honestly fantastic. we arrived earlier than our planned check in time, Haydon, the guy on reception, couldn't of been any more welcoming. He managed to upgrade us and let us check in early. The superior room was very spacious a lovely and clean. We had room service and was also delicious. The spa is beautiful as well. Breakfast this morning was absolutely amazing, such a wide selection to suit everyone's needs. Again, huge thank you to Haydon. He's a lovely lad and an asset to the titanic hotel.

Beautifully designed hotel (especially for Titanic fans) with absolutely enormous rooms, fabulous beds and bedding, lovely bathrooms and showers, and a great room service menu with high quality food. Air conditioning is also great in the rooms. Some of the staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. Breakfast buffet was better in their sister hotel in Belfast, but that could be because of the superior Irish sausages! Also, there was no option to just get a bowl of porridge, for example, as it’s a flat rate of £19.80 for the whole buffet (if you have a room only rate). It would be good to have the choice of a smaller breakfast option. However, this is a small detail, and I will definitely be coming back here.

The room was massive and very well set out. The bed was a tiny bit lumpy in the middle, but it didn't spoil my sleep. The room had blackout curtains so I wasn't disturbed by the outside lights. The staff were all very courteous, especially Haydn. We were there for the Flower Awards 2025, so staying in the hotel was perfect, as the awards were held in the function hall of the hotel. Will we stay there again? Yes. Without a doubt.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful stay. Staff all very pleasant. Was booked in a basic room, but felt upgraded as probably the best basic room in UK I’ve ever had. HUGE space. Bathroom almost as big as a budget hotel room elsewhere. Nice to have alternatives on breakfast so gluten free cereal, alternative milk and yoghurts. And a boiler to make tea instead of from a coffee machine - so no frothy scum on my morning cuppa Defo be back in future if I’m about Only one downside for me. One lift out of action so thought I’d take myself up the stairs with my case as queue for lift. Up to 3rd floor no biggie. Then got halfway up flight one. The open, what felt original, staircase got my vertigo awakened. Slowest crawl up to level 3 ever ;) all good when coming down without my case thankfully. Hopefully no cctv in there!

Great hotel for a break, rooms are amazing albeit a little dark so if you have SAD then maybe not for you. Great welcome when we arrived. Only negative, and this is not for all, the menu could be a little simpler, perhaps the addition of Gammon. Could not fault the breakfasts
