The Pullman is a great hotel, one of the best in Liverpool, great location, nice staff, good breakfast, quality rooms with loads of space, and the river view rooms are amazing. This time I had to stay at the very last minute due to travel chaos - weekend rates in Liverpool are eye-watering everywhere but this was especially expensive and above what even an excellent hotel like this should be charging for a single night in my view. I don't mind paying a bit extra for good quality like this but it was a Lot. I will definitely stay here again in future as it's a favourite treat, but Liverpool weekend prices are getting way out of hand.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. Very nice location, super view over the docks and river and very modern, comfy room. Our only criticism would be the price of breakfast - £26 for two people is extortionate - more than 25% of the room rate! Still, besides that, we would definitely stay again without hesitation but grab breakfast at Wetherspoons for a fraction of the price!

Well placed for our visit to the m&s arena. Lovely walk along the docks. Friendly staff, clean room with a view. Not enough tea and coffee in the room, no tissues in the bathroom and the dispensers were awkward to use. The pillows were really uncomfortable and the air conditioning kept coming on leaving the room really cold. The breakfast was lovely. We would stay there again

Nice hotel for conference centre

Nice hotel and very convenient for the conference/events centre next door. Friendly staff and nice room but breakfast wasn’t great.
