All the staff were friendly and efficient, the room was quiet, spacious, well decorated, spotlessly clean and a pleasant temperature. The king size bed was comfortable and the heavy curtains blocked out the light well to aid a good nights sleep.

Fab comfy bed, sheets and pillows. Room was spotlessly clean and well laid out, bathroom spot on, could have done with a more powerful shower. Check in staff (Grace) was very helpful and had a lovely welcoming smile. Very plush lobby area with lots of seating. The whole hotel felt spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast. Highly recommended

Very polite, efficient and friendly staff. The king size executive room we booked was brilliant, very spacious, clean and extremely comfy bed. We booked several months in advance so the price was pretty reasonable. Usually we need a hotel a short notice and this hotel is out of our price range. The 2 course dinner was very good value for money with generous portions.
