Awful hotel.

Staff on reception were so rude and we had to show about 3 different versions of the booking details and then everyone had to show id. Also room didn’t have a hair dryer.

Avoid if you can.

I waited around 40 minutes in the most horrendous qué to check in, the staff on the check in and service desks were ill mannered and rude. The bar staff also not the most welcoming and it seemed everything was a chore for them. The rooms are dated and in need of a revamp as is the majority of the hotel to be fair.
