This hotel is an Ibis Budget. The facilities are in line with a budget hotel. No tea or coffee in rooms, you had to pay extra. Room was quite small and cramped. Toilet was in a small cupboard. This wouldn't have been so bad if we hasn't paid £200 for a one night stay. Way, way overpriced for the facilities offered. Won't be staying here again

Staff were amazing especially a lady called Suzette. She was so helpful and friendly. We did not know about having to put the card in for electric, she was so nice. Our tv had not been switched on and the plugs were hidden behind but she came to the room and did it for us. Just a lovely person and a huge asset to the Ibis. Good place to stay for shopping or concerts at the coop. Thankyou Suz for helping us out and making us feel so comfortable being able to ask about things.

We checked in the rooms are ok. Basic. The shower cubicle is in the main room and the sink. The toilet in a separate door. The shelf under the sink fell off as my daughter was brushing her tooth as it was rested not screwed in. Beds were quite hard and tough but room was overall ok. Just a place to rest our head. We were there for an event at the coop live arena and it was great location for it. Tram stop over the road but town was only a short walk. There was a little food place over the road, bite box. Me and my daughter went for pizza and chips prior to heading to the co-op arena.

Great budget hotel

Surprisingly comfortable and very clean and modern. I really don’t understand the shower straight into the room thing which was quite awkward when travelling with my teenager - we both had to take a walk. Single beds also very close together but all in all I would stay again and it was a great price for Central Manchester on a Sunday night. No safe parking near hotel and I wouldn’t have been keen to leave my car in the area.

Basic but functional hotel

Served its purpose of a bed for the night. Very clinical feel to the room's, could be mistaken for a hospital ward side room. We were at a concert at the Co op arena so it was within walking distance of that. I wouldn't want to spend more than a night there though.
