The bed sheet was stained. There was a rip in the duvet cover. The shower gel bottle was empty. The chair in the room was threadbare. The tea bags/sugar were not replenished. I stayed a total of 3 nights. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious. Service was however a little slow. Overall we definitely would return. However, the breakfast on the first day was lovely with plenty of warm fresh options. In the second morning it was so busy the staff couldn’t keep up, there was hardly any hot food options and when they did replenish they’d replenish one thing so we had to wait to get a a full breakfast which in turn meant most of the breakfast was cold. There was no glasses for any juice and no cups for coffee or tea. They eventually brought out some paper cups but this is very poor service for this type of hotel.

Staff were efficient , professional and friendly We were allowed to check in early as our room was ready The room was clean and comfortable There were a few stains on the carpet that needed attention though Breakfast was lovely Staff were patient with the more “ demanding” customers ! We stayed here because of the location to Stoller Hall where we went for a concert and were pleasantly surprised at the free shuttle from Victoria station to Piccadilly All in all a great stay
