Outstanding breakfast team.

The team at breakfast on both days of my stay were outstanding. Bright, very personable and attentive. So rare to get this level of engagement and it was most welcome. a really good start to the day. The food was also good and overall it was a great experience from start to finish.

Shared amenities good, room was basic and in need of some tlc even though we were told that we’d been upgraded. Shower had no pressure, curtains in need of ironing, chair had signs of significant wear. Charger port station next to the bed did not work/charge, hairdryer also broken.

Absolutely wonderful breakfast, which we had for three mornings. Every item you could wish for, all cooked and presented beautifully. Quality food. Efficient and wonderful serving staff in the breakfast area. Very quiet room. Nicely set out. Everything we needed. Used the mini bar fridge for our own drinks and snacks - thank you.

The perfect place to stay in Manchester!

We stayed with our daughters on July 19th for the Billie Eilish concert at the Co-op arena. The experience with this hotel has already made us decide we will only be staying here for future visits to Manchester. The hotel is beautiful and very clean and every member of staff from reception to bar and restaurant staff are beyond excellent. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Overpriced for what you get

The hotel is conveniently located but rooms are in poor shape, walls are dirty so is the carpet, in needs an urgent maintenance, paint, etc.
