Everything was perfect from start to finish from the minute we arrived the staff was so friendly and helpful the room was perfect i have already booked to stay here again

Room was lovely and clean, bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows of differing softness. Only thing bringing it down slightly is the lackluster breakfast choices.

Super noisy on a Saturday night

Lobby was nice, room was basic and small but fine for a night. Comfy bed. Unfortunately on a Saturday night the noise from outside was really loud so didn’t get a lot of sleep - it’s a city centre hotel so some noise to be expected but this was another level.

Its a lovely hotel.very clean, relaxing atmosphere, rooms cosy, beds very comfortable, lovely big walk in shower. Staff very helpful and friendly. Ideal situated for palace theatre and lots of restaurants Would highly recommend.

Motel One chain - 5*

I will not choose another hotel when staying in Manchester and Glasgow other than Motel One. The hotel chain, for me, is fantastic. Super comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.
