Went to the Duran Duran Halloween concert & this hotel was the perfect location for me Close to the trams to get to venue & other local places and very close to Piccadilly station Very helpful staff and a beautiful room

The check in was speedy and I appreciated having a choice of lower or upper floors. The room was comfortable and warm. And well provided with tea and coffee. Daily housekeeping was excellent. I would like to make a point about the tv. The choice of channels was very limited with not much variety and reception was not good with constant breaking up. Not good for an hotel of this standard.

I have stayed at Motel One several times. It provides convenience (across the street from Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station) and value for money. What bothered me on this trip was that even though I had a "Do Not Disturb" notice on my door handle, the housekeeper ignored it and opened my door!

The staff was friendly with brilliant recommendations for local eats and the room was clean and comfortable. The room was clean which is the main thing. Only negative was that it was a bit small and the TV wasn't in a great position compared to the bed. You could also here some mechanical noises throughout the night. Really convenient location and friendly staff. Would consider this an option again when staying in Manchester.
