We arrived at 3:30pm and was surprised to see the huge queue that went all the way out of the entrance to check in. It took nearly an hour to check in, it’s a popular hotel but not great when you have just driven 5 hours to get there and are super grumpy and tired! The hotel was full of young people, so maybe not best suited for me staying with my 2 kids. But the hotel is very new and clean, convenient location but probably best not to park at Sackville St carpark next door as it’s £25 a day.
