My room constantly had fruit flies despite keeping the window shut and not having any food source. Bathroom door cannot shut properly. Can see stains in the bathroom and window curtains. The bed is comfortable. It's clean if you don't look too hard. The room doors shut very loud with a bang. Can startle you in the morning if there were more guests. Can't complain about the location.

The staff were amazing and can’t fault them. The breakfast was also great. The room was ok but it was cold and very very noisy. The thermostat didn’t seem to work and the noise sounded like it was outside our door but it was actually street noise.

We stayed for two nights, whilst visiting family. Convenient location for city centre access. Basic accommodation but reasonable for the price we paid. There was the smell of new carpets in the hall (5th floor) but a liitle more unpleasant smelling in the room, particularly in the bathroom (coming up through the plug holes?). Staff we spoke to were all very pleasant and helpful. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment there. Lots of noise in the hall on our last morning, due to maintenance work just outside our room. Luckily, we were already awake. Would have been nice to have had a warning about that.

Comfy beds

Our room felt a bit run down due to the damaged aircon unit, being slightly unclean and the dirty extension lead on the table, But the bed was perfect, clean and very comfortable, Staff were kind and informative and in general hotel seemed nice

Excellent Hotel however quite loud from the gay village. Really friend staff and great rooms though. Managed to secure a late check out also. Staff went the extra mile to help us with our half marathon that we had on that day.
