Staff was lovely room was very clean everything you need really for a city break the bar is open till late and you don't have to have alcohol you can have tea and coffee the hotel is in a great place for everything you need to do i will be returning for my next trip

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms and public areas, and very comfortable. Arguably the most central location in Manchester. Only slight niggle was the absence of bar staff. We twice had to go out for a coffee because there was no one to serve us. Is this a consequence of the National Insurance increase? Nevertheless, this is a great place to stay and I recommend it highly.
