Room nice; area great location. Breakfast was awesome. Evening snacks restaurant food was good. Things don't stay open late at night. My only negative is that they adjusted a charge on paper but not on my visa. Called the hotel line which I'm sure was not directly on site and then emailed and received no response. This was two weeks ago and associated with hotel charges from spa.

Hotel is terrific with a lovely diversity of staff from a host of nations. Friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and the spa facilities were great too. Parking is very expensive so beware! Pre book and discount where you can!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff - Simply perfect in every way. Reception was personable, professional & a pleasure Zayna went above & beyond & made us feel so special. The warmest of welcomes throughout our stay. Kyaw & Danny couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast is exquisite & again made even more special because of the amazing staff. The hotel was great, there was only minor thing: there a bit of a bum fight for a breakfast table also Tea wasn’t served in a tea pot they pour it out in a coffee pot each time you wanted a cup

Nice property staff are very helpful. Room service is fair to poor for a five star property. If you want to piss off a client staying at your property charge them for the tray usage for room service. This just angers the clients... if you have to hide the extortion do it in the price of the food. Also property has no parking.. true 5 star hotel will park your car for you..sorry but this hotel needs to correct a few things before it is truely five star.

Extremely noisy - kids running up and down the hallway, people having party in room across the hall, door near lift continually slammed into wall of our room, constant buzzing/humming sound in room felt like we were in a torture chamber. Bed and pillows are horrible. Checked out days early as it was terrible, went and stayed at another hotel. Definitely NOT 5*.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Manchester. Good dining / champagne/ cocktail bar facilities. Hotel location 5* Rooms tastefully decorated. A few negatives - rooms next to the risers suffer from very disturbing mechanical noises. To their credit reception offered to relocate me. Strangely the hotel allows people to take phone and cameras into the spa pool attracting many pouting instagrammers. This distracts from the exclusivity they are trying to create.

The highlight of the hotel is the spa. It’s really modern and feels so luxurious. The room decor looks a bit dated because of the carpet and the bathroom doesn’t feel particularly luxurious either. The mini fridge has no drinks in it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel is great would recommend that. I would visit the spa again not sure I would stay overnight. They didn’t advise on any discounts for parking so we had to pay around £60 for one day parking as we left for dinner so it counted as two sessions
