Excellent stay at the Edwardian Radisson Hotel

This hotel is perfectly located near to the centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. We also used the spa and it was very nice and relaxing after my partner did the Great Manchester run. Breakfast was excellent and the service A*

Great Hotel but Poor Spa

The hotel is lovely, check in was not so good. The room was great but lighting poor. The spa was ridiculously busy, not relaxing at all especially when we were advised to book early as they controlled numbers. It was not controlled at all, so busy and the area was fully of empty cups. I contacted the hotel to raise this issue and they have not responded.

Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The staff could not have been more helpful. We arrived early for a wedding and were able to check in to our room. By the time I had completed the check in process, Gary the concierge had already taken our bags to our room. The room was spacious and modern. The mattress and pillows were super comfy. There was a good selection of food at breakfast. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. The staff are a credit to the hotel.
