Good location, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Walls a bit thin and must have jad a air conditioning unit outside the bedroom window as could hear a bit of noise from that all night, but not overbearing loud.

I am very happy with the hotel , it is right in the centre of the city on a very busy street. The room was of good quality and clean. Only issue was that the AC / heating unit in the room made a rattling noise when on so i couldn't really use it however there was a oil heating radiator unit in the room,.

The room was clean and a decent size. It was good value for money. The hotel is really cool, the theme and interior design are awesome. The bathroom was also a decent size and clean. The bed was comfortable enough but a little springy. The staff at reception were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good value for money, and quite delicious, with a fairly decent selection. The room was quiet. The heating seemed to be out of service but they put a portable heater in the room. Overall, an excellent stay and would happily return. Good location near Piccadilly station.

I had to check in late due to travel disruption. Staff met me at reception and the guy was so helpful and friendly! I even got a room upgrade. Great central location. Quirky decor! clean and great hot shower and facilities. Really pleased! looking forward to going back
