Really good location and nice hotel for the price. Couldn't get an iron but other than that it was a pleasant stay

Barely adequate. Room left without cleaning for three days - I could hear cleaners banging about outside at 9am. The building interior was shabby, although the room itself wasn’t too bad. And worst of all, the website offered a big ‘P’ for parking - there isn’t any, you have to pay for it. Think twice before booking here.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. I had some issues in my room such as a leaking sink and a loud banging air conditioner that the staff have said they will fix.

It was a very enjoyable stay for me, the staffs were very friendly and provided great services to me. The room was clean and quiet.

Overnight University visit

Visited with daughter for her university interview. Very pleased, central location, adjacent to Oxford Road train station. Really comfortable room with ensuite. Breakfast excellent. Very friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Quiet room. Staff very helpful. Very good breakfast. Cold day and we could not alter the room temperature. A member of staff brought us a heater.

Good Location

Would have been better if both lifts had of been working as we had to wait 10 minutes to get a lift down with cases. This then made my daughters friend miss her train. Apart from that it was a pleasant hotel.
