Super convenient for the resorts world venue. Food was lovely. Its a little tired but overall a good stay. staff were super helpful. Breakfast was good selection, plenty avaialble and fresh out. We had issue with the fire alarm in our room going off at reception (not in room) so they kept having to check in with us, suspect steam from shower but was a bit annoying as kept happening. X

Great place to stay

Really beautiful place to stay. I went to the Pulse and I have osteoarthritis and was a bit worried about walking there,but it's literally round the corner. Staff very friendly and attentive. Room very clean. Plenty of tea and coffee which is good. Nice shower products. Very good for other places near the train stations and the airport. Restaurants look great I did not use them. But I would highly recommend and will book again if needed. Thankyou.

Okay but in need of an upgrade

I clearly stayed when Crufts was on, I think I should have been told this when I booked, the hotel is dog friendly which is great but there were a lot of dogs at the hotel and they were barking both outside and in the rooms which disturbed my sleep before a long early morning flight. Rooms were clean but starting to look dated and in need of an upgrade.

Bathroom needed a good clean and rooms dated

Hotel was comfortable for a nights stay. Rooms are dated and in neednof modernisation but does the job for a night stay. Bathroom very small sink right in front of face when on the toilet! Bath panel broken, hairs on the floor, bath panel full of dust and glass on shower panel needed a good clean!

Location great!

Hotel is dated but for the price we paid it was very good value for money. Rooms very clean so can’t fault that! The spa needs an upgrade (nowhere to get changed apart from in public or in the toilet) and the jacuzzi was old but functional. Restaurant portions were huge and good food, staff really nice. Location perfect for BP pulse, it’s a ten minute walk.
