My stay at this hotel in Birmingham was truly exceptional — without exaggeration, one of the best experiences I’ve had in all my years of traveling. From the very first moment, the warmth and professionalism of the manager Mr, Edu set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Every single member of staff went above and beyond, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The team in the restaurant deserves special praise — Punam,Sharshe,Paru,Saru and Kamala attentive, kind, and always smiling. Their service made every breakfast a pleasure. What stood out the most was the human touch. It wasn’t just good service; it was sincere hospitality. You can feel that the staff truly take pride in what they do, and that makes all the difference. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful experience for us as a newly married couple. We will always remember our stay here fondly, and I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Birmingham. I can’t wait to return.❤

Nice modern hotel. Shame about the lifts. It didn't appear that busy but the three lifts they property has cannot cope with moving people around. Shame as you could see people getting frustrated.

First room offered 912 was very noisy. We asked for another room. The staff was excellent and offered us another room on floor 10. It was difficult to operate the air conditioning. we couldn’t get the air conditioning to heat up. We only stayed one day. If it was for a week stay we definitely would have asked for assistance. We asked for an extra blanket as we arrived and the receptionist were very helpful good. Breakfast no hot porridge, no veggie sausages, 7 out of 10 for breakfast. But we still had a good time and would definitely book again.

One lift was out of order so it was a very long wait. Room cleaners knocked over my husbands dosset box and left all the meds on the floor without telling anyone. We received 2 free soft drinks when we complained. Description of where to park was very confusing.

The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. It provided good amenities like coffee, tea, iron, and the choice of shampoo and body wash were good. Check in was easy and there was an express check out box. The hotel is located just a few blocks from the New Street station, making it ideal for people travelling via train. It's also just a few blocks to the main strip of Broad St and the restaurants along the canal. Breakfast was included and it offered an ok range of food. The quality was average, though, so I would recommend a local cafe if you are a bit more particular about coffee and good quality food.

The room was clean, comfortable beds and good temperature. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. The only issue was a broken threshold strip on the door to the bathroom, we put the shower mat over it so we didn't trip and reported it.
