This is a lovely, and convenient hotel. We received a lovely warm welcome, and reception were extremely helpful and informative in advising us with parking. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the shower was decent (though a little tired looking). I've given it 4* as I was really disappointed by the breakfast. It was a mix of undercooked and left-standing.

The hotel is strategically located and just a walking distance to the city centre, canal and museums. Staffs are friendly and accommodating and we’ve git a spacious room for ourselves too! Breakfast experience was an absolute delight!

Very close to the train station which was very convenient and there were many food options around. The rooms were a tad smaller than I expected but loved the washroom.

The hotel is easy and quick to walk from Birmingham New Street, but Google Maps took us a really long way round. Please put clear walking directions on your website! The Holiday Inn Express main website says you have a spa and golf course😂 Please make it clear that you don’t! The room rate was excellent. No complaints there. But the coffee at breakfast was poor, tasteless, and the eggs were reconstituted/out of a bag. I’d pay more for decent coffee and real eggs/an egg station.

Holiday inn Birmingham

Stayed here before for a weekend catch up with friends. Room comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Very central for shoppings, canal area for drinks etc overall an excellent stay. Staff are very helpful.

One night stay for Teddy Swims concert

Good location for Utilita Arena. Room was spotless and we were offered a choice of floor on check-in. Good breakfast included in the room rate. Would stay here again.
