Perfect end to a fab holiday

Nice warm friendly room much appreciated after long day and late flight in from Malaga.Check in pleasant and efficient. /Breakfast plenty of choice and pleasant setting most enjoyable after good nights sleep in comfy bed.

Great budget hotel parked at the station then got free monorail to airport then hotel was 2 minutes walk from there. Used this hotel to go to utilitia arena in Birmingham it was very easy to get to new street station. It was very clean and comfortable would recommend

Didn't get to stay because of storm.. despite giving amble notice I have not being refunded for the two nights I was due to stay. The third party say it is up to Hotel policy whilst the Hotel say it is up to the third party which is Expedia

Really comfy room, tea and coffee facilities, TV, friendly staff from beginning to end. Lovely food in the restaurant and 2 mins walk to Birmingham airport. Perfect
