Having stayed at a lot of hotels, I’m not usually moved to write a review having seen almost everything. However, I have to say that the hospitality staff, particularly at breakfast, were amazing. So friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast spread was also impressive - lots of choice - well done, everyone.

All staff were polite and made the family feel welcome. They provided activity packs for the children and the room also had cartons of juice on the coffee tray for them. Breakfast was fantastic - a wide range to choose from. The room was clean, comfortable and modern.

Could do better

Four nights stay. All good but the cost of the hotel is high due to the following; no separate showing, slippy bath with shower attachment. No fridge in room and the room lighting is poor. I had work to do in the evening and the light in the room was a hinderance. Finally the hotel has 11 floors and only two lifts currently and neither works very well causing congestion at pick times.

Clean, nice and comfortable stay

When we arrived at the hotel room, I was impressed how clean and tidy the room was. Thanks to Isabel the team cleaner. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staffs were friendly and helpful. Overall we have had nice and comfortable stay at the hotel.
