Check-in was quick and all staff polite. Rooms look better now they’ve been refurbished but the bathroom still old and tired looking. Bathroom wasn’t as clean with hair on the tiles and bathrobe. The toilet was dripping on the inside, advised staff at check out. Breakfast was good too. It’s a great location and overall a good day.

We stayed at the hotel to attend an event at the nearby utlita arena. The welcome at reception by Soon was great and we were checked in early to allow us to dump our bags before heading out into the city to explore. The staff were fantastic with our children and really helped them have an enjoyable stay. Thanks.
