Budget but had almost all we needed

It was a budget hotel but was very tidy clean and all staff were helpful. The location suited us and we’d stay again

Expensive parking with no street parking available. Very expensive refreshments. Tiny rooms. Hairs on sheets and pillows. Stains on the quilt. Stains on the pillows.

Not great - smallest bathroom ever

Check-in was fine, can't fault the staff. There are lifts which is useful. However, the room doesn't have tea or coffee facilities and we found it really weird that the shower and sink are both in the same room as the bed, rather than being in a separate bathroom, which there is room for. Additionally, the toilet is crammed into a little room and there was feces on the wall, which I had to clean off - gross. We're glad we only stayed one night.

Over all the stay was nice 👍 had a little trouble with the key card but reception staff was very helping and courteous. The Toilet in the room could use a little sorting out doesn’t flush very well 100% but it does after a few flushes maybe maintenance should check it out. The vending machine gave me a bit of trouble but eh security guy assisted me and I got my sprite to drink. Well I like the price paid for my stay hope to book this same hotel when I come back to Birmingham again. My rating on a scale of 1-100 I give this hotel An 80% Start rating wise from 0-6 stars I give it a 4.75 stars But Again thanks to the staff and Management for the hospitality. Cheers
