We were warmly welcomed and offered a choice of floor to stay on. The friendly receptionist also offered us a free late checkout which was great. Our room was clean. When we got back to our room at 2am after our night out we discovered the pillows were quite uncomfortable unfortunately. 9am and cleaning knocked on our door and entered which we did no appreciate do to not sleep well. We decided to not go down for breakfast as we were told it finishes at 10am we thought we would make use of the later checkout, only for the phone in the room to start ringing just after 11am to be told we should of left our room. I explained we were offered a free late checkout when we checked in. Our stay would have been perfect if breakfast was on till a bit later as it is a weekend and that we didn’t get disturbed by the cleaners and the telephone call

The first room, the room on top of us, was pouring water into out bathroom, we were moved. Breakfast the tables were a little to close as my wife and child struggled to move around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was good.

Room clean and tidy but food very poor. Orange and apple flavoured drink rather than juice. Only scrambled egg, not fried, poached etc. Undercooked hash browns. Evening meal dissapointing - pie out of a packet, yet not cheap.

Unfortunate the rooms weren't available at 3pm when arriving, but when we did get in, the rooms were clean. However one had a very musty damp smell that wasn't very pleasant. The staff were friendly and it was close enough to walk to where we were going.

We stayed 2 nights on 19th Floor. Room clean, staff great. We did mention the bed to reception that the bed wasn’t right. We found the bed was really lower/soft in the middle and we found we kept slipping into the middle while we slept.

Room was clean, beds were very comfy. The walls arent sound proof as we heard people in the coridoor past 3am in the morning. Gouges in the wall could have been filled in and repainted. No mirror near the dressing table was a bit strange. But on the whole our stay was comfortable and good value for money. The breakfast was lovely but went cold a bit too quick, the plates could have been warmer. The cost of the car park even with the discount was a bit of a shock. Probably wouldnt stay here again for the carpark cost alone. But nice hotel. Good if youre on a budget.

The weekend we stayed was half term so alot busier, which was fine. We ended up paying in the wrong car park, so that was a mistake as we are not local and didn’t realised that there was two car parks. And the actual car park is named B4 not just the postcode. The discounted on name It felt the restaurant was not geared up for the amount of people staying at the hotel. Sauce bottles not refilled/replaced. Cold hot food, scrambled eggs, hash brown, tomatoes, lukewarm bacon and beans. Only thing hot was sausages that just came out. Dozen croissant brought out that w3nt in seconds. Need better management. Table service was great, tables ckeaned and clear. Good system when tables are full but few slipped fastbwhen there was a queue. Rooms, lovely and seen clean. Comfy double bed with optional pillow softness. Will stay again, great location.
