Rapid check in, clean and quiet. Breakfast good. Parking easy, but not convinced the 50% discount worked as paid the same as friends paid in NCP for the night1

Location was good. Rooms are a bit tired and wallpaper peeling off. Basic but to be expected. Same goes for the breakfast. It was ok, but wouldn't have paid for it if it wasn't included in the price. Staff were all lovely.

Room is very noisy , the above room drains waste seems to be above thd bed and loud when runs away , when someobe has a shower its so noisy coming above the bed.

14th floor lovely view, but straight in front of you BT Snow Hill building. Also breakfast was a disaster. Dirty plates left everywhere, one person clearing. No food left at to wait along time for food to be replaced. No one checking if anything needed to be replaced . Ie milk,

No feather pillows" despite being advertised

Saw the sign in the room "ask for feather pillows at reception" and when I asked for them I was told there were none. Why advertise it if they're not available??? The soft and hard pillows was very uncomfortable the lady on reception Saturday night was very unprofessional and rude
