Clean room, spacious and all the amenities you could.need e.g. shower gel, hand soap and lotion, teas and coffees, safe in room. Extremely pleased and would stay again. Complimentary breakfast is excellent.

BEDS ARE BASICALLY JUST SPRING

The room was awful and beds were so uncomfortable we were basically just on springs, when I asked if we could swap they said no. Went to use the kettle for a cup of tea and it was BLACK INSIDE. The staff just didn’t seem to care at all. We were put in an accessible room, the shower was so dangerous and they said they can’t change us.

Really, really busy hotel, long queues for breakfast, reception cramped and hectic. The hotel is on a busy strip of bars/restaurants- we arrived to check in around 8pm and there were loads of people drinking and loud music literally on the hotel doorstep. Dated decor, the place needs updating, felt old-fashioned in the room. Disappointing for just under £200 a night.
