A good location for our needs. Easy to use the hotel car park. Breakfast got busy with a long line so we skipped it. Staff were super friendly.

Central, rooms were spacious & clean/light and functional with all the necessary amenities you'd need. Car Park on the roof was very handy & reasonable price. Breakfast selection was good.

This one night stay in a Hilton was a big mistake. Most basic of hotels. Dreadful evening menu. Bar food poor. £15 to park your car. Unlikely to stay in this or any other Hamptons by Hilton.

Good for the price, but nothing special.

Really helpful friendly check in, convenient carpark and staff let us stay longer than the standard 24hrs for no extra fee. Room was fine for the price, breakfast was average - not much choice. Excellent location for city centre.

Disappointing.

The air conditioning went off after about 20 mins therefore we spent the night in a very hot room! The breakfast was disappointing not up to the usual Hilton standard and the restaurant was very warm. Went to collect my suitcase and there was one member of staff checking in a long queue!

It is a good hotel and I like the area for getting into town and the train station. Broad Street is the area for drinks/dining, and is very busy in the evening, but that does not bother me. My only thing is that the hotel is looking a little tired in decor etc

A visit to Birmingham to see ELO

My only criticism about the room, 1512 was that the sliding bathroom door which when open, covered the wardrobe, was not properly running in the roller at the floor. This meant that it would swing away from the wall which was rather alarming and due to its weight, not something which I would want to fix. Otherwise the room was fine and the included breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is always my first choice when staying in Birmingham as it is away from the city centre and has plenty of places to eat nearby The staff are always so friendly and polite I had excellent customer service at my recent check-in, there was a queue at reception and as a regular at the hotel, the guy on reception who knows me from previous stays had already checked me in, he called me forward whilst checking someone else in and gave me my keycard! Excellent customer service

No air con during a heatwave, property desperately needs updating. Felt fully ripped off paying a fortune on an event day for this kind of quality. Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning.
