I thought the hotel & area was good and and I liked that they had parking at the hotel . The only thing I didn't like was it was cashless, I think you should have a choice,if you want to pay by cash or card , I had withdrawn money out of my account to pay for things then had to pay by card . I would think twice because of that reason before returning

It was located near all pubs and utilita centre, only 10 minute walk. The hotel was clean, the staff helpful, an enjoyable weekend.

Check in became a problem - we were allocated a room as per our booking - but it had not been serviced - with apologies that system had some bugs, we were given another room, to our dismay it was also unserviced - a third room was ok. The reception staff were extremely helpful, but it was not a good start to our stay.

Room was excellent, clean, quiet and cheerful. Just a couple of wee issues No tea bags left in the room for the second night and lifts were a bit of an issue. Overall it was a lovely stay!

Lovely well designed comfortable room on the 15th floor with amazing views, check in was great, the breakfast room was a bit chaotic but it was a bank holiday so maybe not always that way. Disappointing that one lift was out of order and as reception is on 3rd floor this meant a scramble every time we tried to get into or out of a lift. Again it was a holiday and we only stayed one night so maybe they fixed it right after we left?

Comfortable stay

Very comfortable and clean, efficient check in - good to have on site car park. I'd suggest introducing EV charging which would have made my life easier. Beware the Air-con switches itself off but was otherwise very good.

Nice, soft and clean towels. The whole environment at the hotel was clean. The only take away point is the dirty plates in the breakfast area. This was highlighted to the staff on duty and rectified. Ps discuss with the relevant staff to properly was dishes. The plates had visible food particles left over from previous wash
