Ok, long queue for breakfast, parking limited and if you can't park on the 2nd floor you need to use the car ramp to get to reveption fron leel one. Great fun with a wheelchair and suitcases!

Rooms were clean and value for money. However ordered a drink from bar (double gin & tonic for £12.50) and appeared hardly any gin. The gin bottle must have been filled with water instead! safe to order beer.

Stayed one night as visiting for Strictly Live at The Utilita (easy 5 min walk). First room had an overflowing loo but we were given an immediate change of room. Room very clean, beds very comfy and was quiet (Sunday evening). The window blind was broken so we couldn’t pull it up. Staff were good, Ken was exceptional and a real asset to the hotel. Breakfast was quiet (9.30am) and was very good. Excellent cappuccino. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Birmingham. Hotel Car park accessed from Tennant Steet not Broad Street.

Staff very good and lots of them. Good service. Breakfast excellent but packet scrambled egg .. was yuck! Parking a bit tight. Might need a few more spaces. I arrived 530 and only 3 spaces left. Room great, bathroom great, shower good.
