The room was quite small, but ok for 1 person. Reception customer service was amazing but the two guys in the restaurant on thursday evening were outstanding, that was 5star service.

La chambre attribuée au départ au 3ème donnait sur le système d’aération qui fait un bruit de fond de manière continue. J’ai dû accepter une chambre de catégorie inférieure plus petite mais rénovée au 5ème étage. Le ménage du deuxième jour après mon arrivée n’a pas été fait alors que j’ai quitté la chambre à midi et demie et laissé la pancarte prévue à cet effet. Le lendemain j’ai moi-même été solliciter la personne chargée du ménage. Points positifs : le petit déjeuner avec des fruits frais, de bons plats chauds et de la viennoiserie mais très peu de fromages. J’ai demandé à libérer la chambre à midi au lieu de 11 heures ce qui a été immédiatement accepté.
