The hotel was nice, but the airconditioning was only super hot or not on at all (even when I turned it down to 5C, it was boiling), so either you had to sleep in a sauna or an icebox. The room was pretty clean but for someone who is sensitive to strong smells, I felt like they used very strong cleaning products, and that the bathroom had some black growth on the wall. However, this is nitpicking as the hotel was nice otherwise and I know I'm a bit sensitive to hygiene issues...

the staff did not serve us when we asked to repair the siphon sink that was clogged. The siphon smelled horribly and they did nothing. The staff at the restaurant spoke Italian and no one understood anything. Also worse was when the checkers wanted to re-charge us while ebookers had charged us all the amount, that is, they were already paid. The result of the check-out was to delay and lose the bus to the airport.

La personne à la réception parlait Français et Anglais et nous a très bien conseillé. c'est environ à 15 min du funiculaire et il y a des places de parcs pas loin que justement la réceptionniste nous a recommandé.

Virkailija vastaanotossa ei vaivautunut kirjoittamaan yöpyjän oikeaa nimeä vaikka hänellä oli yhden hengen huone, siitä seurasi hämmennystä aamiaisella Aamiainen hyvä muttä kahviautomaatti aivan liian pieni asiakasmäärään nähden ja siksi rikki 3pv poissa käytöstä, samoin puhtaat astiat loppuivat kesken, henkilökunta aamiaisella hidas ja ammattitaidoton

Maukas aamiainen Muuten siivous oli hyvää ja pyyhkeitä vaihdettiin turhankin usein, mutta lattia oli tosi pölyinen, laminaatin pyyhkiminen nihkeällä mopilla ei olisi vienyt kauan aikaa. Pimennysverhot olivat osittain irti ja niin huonosti kiinni katossa ettei niitä paljoa uskaltanut heilutella.

Wir haben leider trotz langer Reservierung im Voraus nur ein Raucherzimmer bekommen, was dementsprechend unangenehm war, wenn man sich nicht vorher darauf eingestellt hat. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt, dass es gewissermaßen unser Pech sei, da man ausgebucht sei. Dies war leider schon alles war was zu unserem Problem seitens des Hotels beigetragen wurde (auch nach mehrfachem Nachfragen). Ansonsten bietet das Hotel alles, was ein Standard 4 Sterne Hotel so bietet. Leider werden wir durch unsere negativen Erfahrungen davon absehen es nochmal zu buchen oder weiterzuempfehlen.
