Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Barcelona Princess hotel, we do appreciate feedback as it is the only way we can truly improve our services. We are so sorry to hear that not everything went smoothly for you during your stay and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies for any disappointment that was caused. All the rooms in our hotel are non-smoking, as well as the entire interior of the building, as you could see during your stay. In every room there are signs with prohibitive warnings, from our side there is no way of permissiveness in this sense. I take this opportunity to apologize on behalf of the entire team and ensure that we will put special interest so that it does not happen again. Regarding ironing, we do not have irons for security reasons but we do have a laundry service available. We pick up clothes and give them back during the same day, and we also have an express service if it´s more suitable for you, both pressing and laundry. We have a closed and secure parking with a competitive price if we compare it with price of parking in Barcelona and if our staff that parks the car for you. So you don´t have to take care of it yourself. We have two pools, one on the 3rd and the second one on the 23rd floor. They are a standard size for an urban hotel, although it´s not usual that city hotels have 2 pools, certainly an advantage for our guests.
