Check in was unprofessional! Rooms to noisy when ppl talking next door is like they are in your room! Bathroom doesnt have the sink inside to wash your hands so you need t o use the toilet then come out to the room to wash your hands! Whole hotel smells of the swimming pool

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially when looking at the overall level of service in Spain (there are many customer service staff but often the customer is overlooked). The rooms are clean and spacious and the overall facilities are good and the breakfast really plentiful. Annoyed that when booking the trip it was not clearly stated whether breakfast was included in the room rate. The use of the spa could also be promoted in a simpler and clearer way. Ordering treatments by telephone is difficult unless you are proficient enough in language. Likewise, it was unclear whether hotel guests could use the sauna / spa for the same price as other guests. Spa services should be less expensive for hotel guests. In my opinion, hotel guests should even have their own offers of services. The hotel is close to the subway and walking distance is tolerable. However, due to many road works, not all taxis can easily reach the hotel and as a result, there will easily be an extra ride / fee.

Guter Standort um Barcelona zu erkunden. Öffentliche Bereiche erscheinen in gutem Zustand wo bei den Zimmern die beste Zeit vorbei ist. Frühstücksbuffet bietet für alle etwas und zu einem fairen Preis. Mehr Abwechslung würde dieses Angebot aufwerten und für Gäste, welcher länger im Hotel sind, interessanter machen. Wir haben nach 5 Tagen anderweitig etwas neues gesucht.
