I didn’t like the restaurant at the hotel. The bartender, both the female and the male, were not friendly at all. They didn’t want to give me a beer at 10:50; they said they were closing at 11. I told them I would finish very quickly and leave the restaurant. After that, I didn’t want to come back. There were also housekeeping issues in the hotel, which made my stay uncomfortable.

Fantastic staff, room was excellent. Amazing view from 9th Floor. Great location -next to metro (L1 Glories)for access to various tourist attractions and also Clot for the train direct to airport. Breakfast was well worth it and amazing range. Didnt try the pool,but looked great.

The staff at the front desk were extremely accommodating and the location is ideal. We loved our room and the amenities the hotel offered. It was great to unwind on the roof top overlooking the city lights with a cocktail.

Room was very modern but no counter space at all. The buffet breakfast was amazing worth every penny. Pool was very small. Not much close to hotel but you can take the metro 4 stations to the city center and all the action.

Pros: Exceptionnel rooftop view! Wow! Very clean and the cleaning staff were very kind, thorough and efficient. Surrounding area was perfect. The Mall was a walk away and hotel was located to several main attractions. Walkable to other attractions. Cabs were very easy to catch. They were parked directly in front of the hotel. I also loved that the bus stop to catch public transit and the city tour buses were all just a very walk away. Cons: The front desk staff could have been more warm and welcoming to guests. A few other staff seemed a bit unpleasant as well. Having to access the gym/sauna from outdoors, meaning no direct access to enter by staying inside the hotel was a poor design/construction on the hotels part. There should also be a more efficient way to access the gym/sauna as a guest. Very inconvenient having to get a separate key from reception and booked time slot to enter. All guests should be able to enter the facilities with just their room key. People go on vacation to relax, and enjoy the amenities with ease. Breakfast was overpriced for what was offered according to the portion sizes. Lastly, the shower/bathroom needs more than just a thin class door separating the beds from the bathroom. No privacy at all which can make sharing a room quite uncomfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay but would never book a room to share solely because of the poorly designed bathroom. All bathrooms should be sound proof at least.

Ideal location for getting the metro to the central parts of the city, also walkable to explore local neighbourhoods, great views of the Sagrada Família, friendly staff and good service. Felt safe and like we were in touch with the locals without feeling so isolated from the city and attractions. I will say that the shower in the bathroom had a bit of mould in the ceiling, shower floor was not clean and it seems the shower floor is in need of a good scrub because the dirt seemed semi permanent, we noticed bugs crawling in the ceiling by the window and the mirrored storage cabinets were dirty. The cleaners did a great job of cleaning the rooms so I reckon for these issues are to do with the facilities needing replacing.
