Good location for exploring the city by foot, bus or underground. Nice relaxed area on the rooftop with bar and pool. Room was nice but the air conditioning was ineffective. There was a good variety for breakfast.

This place is basically at the center of everything... La Sagrada Familia, La Rambla and Gothic Quarter are all a 15 minute walk away. The hotel has various amenities which I didn't utilize since I really spent my 3 days visiting the before mentioned locations and Monserrat.

Room was very nice, but bathtub/shower set up was dangerous. No shower curtain and tub was on raised platform at weird angle, requiring acrobatic moves to use.

My room was very clean and huge for 3 people. Very convenietly located and we walked to the most monuments including Sagrada Familia (30mins). We arrived early in the morning and the staff was very friendly and took our luggages until room was ready while we were out enjoying the city.

The front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful, it look like they didn’t care if you’re staying in the property or you decide to leave because they’re not doing a good job, in the check in they give me the key and that’s it no explication nothing.They should have say that I needed to scan the room key to go in the elevator the hours for the pool or offer the breakfast in the hotel, I arrive before the time and I told them I was in the area to call once it was ready they never call. I booked a suite and the room had two personal bed together( that if you move they will separate) and a sofa that turn into a bed bed.Im very disappointed because this hotel had great reviews but I really don’t know how.

Convenient location, great staff!

Hotel Gran Havana is very centrally located and has become my favorite place to stay in Barcelona. There are many great restaurants around and is very walkable to three different metro stations (passeig de gracia, urquinaona, and girona). The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. The doorman Raul is exceptional as well. The bar is small but ver lively and bartenders are very friendly. I give it a 10/10!! Cant wait for the next stay.
