Got a room at 7th floor and it was a bit of disapointment that one of the lifts was broken and they didn’t try to fix it during our stay. The long waitingtime to get a piece of meat at the restaurant could also be frustrating. Everything else was wonderfull about this hotel. Location, staff, cleanness, childrenfriendly and absolutely value dor money. Had overall a great stay.

Der Geruch vom Zimmer war gar richtig wiederlich, wie auch die Sauberkeit, es lagen Harren am boden und imBsdezimmer war es richtig Dreckig. Die Poolanlage war I.O, auusser die Wasserqualität. Unter dem Bamen All Inclusive verstehe ich etwas anders, an der Snackbar belommt man nnicht mals ekne Portion Pommes Fritas, das Bier war nicht Geniesbar. Wir haben für eine Woche gebucht und bezahlt, wir sind 1 Nacht dort gewesen und sind am nächsten Tag abgereist in ein anderes Hotel. Nie wieder, auch nicht zum empfehlen. Das Hotel Prallt mit 4 Sternen, wir würden Max. 1 Stern geben.

Les chambres sont petites, sales et n'ont rien à voir avec les photos mises sur internet. Les femmes de chambre n'ont jamais nettoyé ni changé les draps. Très deçus.
