Clean room , nice set up with partial wall to separate bed area , spacious bathroom . Loved the buffet breakfast , amazing selection of item & choices of coffee . Beautiful pool area with amazing view . Loved the decor in lobby , like a big library . Staff very kind & knowledgeable . Only downside is it’s a long walk to main attraction areas, so used cabs .

This is a very accessible property. Near a shopping plaza and a lot of restaurants. Service was good. Will book this property when travel again to Barcelona.

Poor reception & housekeeping staff

Internet was good. Hotel has a great location for public transport links & retail/dining options. Pool is small but nice. Hotel was let down by poor, very slow & unfriendly, unsmiling & unapologetic reception staff & inconsistent housekeeping over a few days stay. Ants in the bathroom. Wobbly floor lamp. No decent reading light for bed. No mirrors other than in bathroom. Hairdryer cut out when on top heat setting. On check out reception said I owed 20 euros for the car park but we did not have a car. Reception staff just seem perplexed by the reservation system. Staff at nearby Travelodge were far nicer on a previous recent trip.

Friendly, clean, good neighbourhood.

Very friendly & helpful manager who stayed up late so I could check in when my train was delayed! Good value, clean (if small) room, very close to Gare de Lyon. Neighbourhood is great with lots of cafes and restaurants. Walls were quite thin so would recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper

Location!

One night before a cruise, perfectly located for the port. On the night a great area for local cuisine within walking distance. Hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast is at extra cost so we walked to a local cafe which was nice as it was just a buffet in hotel

Air conditioning in room did not work. Noticed at check in. We’re told to turn unit off then on again- didn’t work. Reported issue multiple times during evening to front desk- who finally sent house keeping to look at it at midnight. Issue not resolved- we called again at 2am and insisted on maintenance to look at it. Told they’d do so remotely-no resolution. Restless and uncomfortable sleep. Staff were not helpful. Would never stay here again.
