Front desk staff didnt have anynof my information, usually I never have a problem with the front desk having all my info already about my reservation, ph#, and email , but this place didnt , and they also had a $100 incidental fee ? Now thats a bit much, they would take the funds right awabut returning the funds it takes a week ! That blows ! , .. they offer room service but yey they have no menus in the rooms and if you do order food , you have to go down stairs to pick up your food .. kinda Rediculious i think , .. i dont know if ill ever stay here again ..

The outside noise was terrible. It sounded like I had the windows open. I heard every loud car and noise outside. Our room was on the 3rd floor on the street side. The room was great. Everything else was just fine.
