The smoke detector went off from showering, we called the front desk to let them know and they said it’s a known and common problem. They told us to fan it and open the window and they would turn it off on their end, they didn’t. We had to listen to the alarm going off for a large part of our morning and they didn’t seem to care or be concerned. Frustrating to say the least.

The room was clean, the staff was phenomenal except for one guy who was rude as heck. But the rest of the staff were great. I loved the location and how close it is to the Seattle center, space needle, climate pledge and it wasn't hilly lol.

The only downside was the lack of parking. They refunded my fees though once I told them there were no spots. It was a great stay, really fun hotel.

This is a clean property located close to Belltown and the area of the space needle. What dismayed us about the property was the addition per night "amenity fee" collected at check-in. Wifi is essentially an additional cost. The lobby free coffee is removed at 7a after which time you have to pay for coffee. The housekeeping services only are offered if you stay more than 2 nights so if you stay a weekend, as we did, we didn't even have our trash emptied. The food at the bar was mediocre. So, the location is great and the hotel is in good condition. But adjust your expectations for the per night cost plus a $29/nt extra charge (parking is also extra).

This is always my go to hotel when I stay in Seattle. This was for my daughter‘s 18th birthday and it was absolutely amazing. Not only was the place clean and immaculate as always they even decorated the room and put out candy and treats, ballon’s and cards for my daughter for her 18th birthday. It was a great experience, not only for myself, but for my daughter and her friends.
