Staypineapple, The Maxwell Hotel in Seattle was a delightful surprise. The room is fully stocked with their famous bedding, an abundance of towels, robes, a complimentary refillable water bottle, and a Keurig and accessories. I love that the decor and the REAL mugs and glasses. We also enjoyed the complimentary drink vouchers. The room is spacious and the staff was pleasant. My only complaint is that they were understaffed in the dining/coffee area and there wasn't really an understanding of whether the restaurant was open or not. One morning, when we planned to grab a quick bite before heading out, we were informed that the breakfast staff had called off, so we were left with free pastries that were a bit stale and cold. They did what they could in an unfortunate situation, it just threw us off because we had to add another stop. Not a big deal. I would certainly return to this location again - it's close enough to the sights yet far enough away to not feel hectic or unsafe.
