I didn't like the gloomy decor of the room. Large black design on wallpaper ate up the light. Few lamps for lighting or wall fixtures. Units installed under the window which I don't expect in hotels of this expensive room rate (I expected central heating/AC). I liked effort to cut down disposable trash.

Perfect property for a show at Climate Pledge. Super close to the venue, as well as lots of restaurants and bars. I love the pineapple theme, too. The hotel was fun and the staff were friendly.

Overrated for the price

The best part about this place is the location and the fun/funky lobby/bar. It is a great place to stay but we were unsure why it was so expensive. It was a three star hotel at a four or five star price. If you can get a decent deal then stay here, otherwise it’s not really worth it. Also, we were put in an ADA room so the bathroom, shower, and all the features in the room were for that which made it unclear why we were put there and not for us.

I absolutely love this hotel. This was my second time staying here. I unfortunately have to give it four stars this time around because my room this time around (#402) sounded like it was placed over a jet engine. A loud, low murmuring all night made it very hard to sleep. Reminded me of sleeping on a cruise ship or something. Was super disappointed about this but everything else was fantastic.
