Got charged by Expedia upon booking. Drove 10 hours straight and arrived only for them to claim I have to pay $100+, room + deposit. Explained I already paid but they "couldn't do anything." So I paid for this filthy room twice and rhey conveniently couldn't print a receipt. Place was crawling with working ladies and drug addicts. Bedding and room smells like smoke. Bed frame covered on snot and who knows what else. At the rate I paid for this room, I could've went somewhere nicer and safer.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was very clean and stocked with what I needed for my night. Stay on a longer road trip. Because I travel with kitty friends, I always stay at Motel 6’s and this one was a very nice one, and conveniently located to restaurants, gas stations, and anything else I needed. Five stars all the way around.

They didn't tell us when we checked in that the wifi was down asked for a shower chair for my wife they give us a desk chair and on top that was dead bugs in the bathroom.

This is the first time that I am disappointed on the booking that I made. First, the location is kind sketchy, we feel unsafe since this is the first time we went to Albuquerque, NM. The staff is somehow helpful. Second, when we got our hotel room, smelly cigarette stuff welcome us! Bathroom was so dirty, molds all over. My husband cannot stay in that kind of room, asthma attack in the making!! We check out right away, and booked somewhere else. Hopefully, they will not charge us or give my money back.

Room was decent, however, this was the most bare bones hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There is no shampoo, cream rinse, hair dryer, etc….literally only amenity in the room is a tiny bar of soap. The towels were like the rags and so thin you could hold them up and see through them. There was what looked like a usb port on the night table but it didn’t fit a usb cable so not sure what it was for. The internet wouldn’t hook up. Whenever I tried, it would just spin and never connect. The staff were friendly, the hotel room was modern looking per the pictures. I stayed here for the Ballon Fiesta so it served its purpose.

The overall property was awful. There were holes in the walls & doors in the room. The balcony that you had to walk on was buckling & tilting out with uneven drops. And apparently there are people that are living long term in the rooms. The amount of money I was charged to stay here should be considered robbery!
