Non smoking room, but it smelled like old smoke. I know they can’t help what people do but they should get the smell out. The carpet was old and needed cleaning. Overall the cleanliness of the room and hotel was bad. Washing machine and dryer was dirty. Staff was friendly

I booked here because i wanted to enjoy the jacuzzi.Unfortunately you guys had a closed. Respectfully, you guys really need to make a note out here for people like us who are counting on using the jacuzzi will know in advance and not be fool's to book. Plus the hot tub in my room, no stopper.But hey you can use a face towel instead. Nice
