The staff were very kind,but there was a horrible smell (sulfur, gas?) throughout the our stay. I taught a class there and I had several students complain about it as well. Every time I brought it up to the staff, they acted surprised and stated they would look into it. The rooms were also very dingy and dark.

The room was clean and in good condition. I wasn't happy that parking was charged for xtra. There was no microwave in the room and the heat was not turned on. The hallways were cold. Our show was scheduled at this hotel and started at 530 PM and ended after 9PM. The hotel restaurant opened after we were in the event and closed right afterward. You could not leave the parking area without a code to get out. The staff was polite but right beside the registration desk was a table with cookies. My friend was going to take a cookie as it looked like a complimentary welcome and was not marked by any signs and was loudly told she could not have the cookie as it was a set up for another group. She was highly embarrassed and this really put a cloud on our visit. We decided that in the future, we would avoid this hotel. Thank you.

Amazing! Everyone is so nice. Check in was easy. We got access to the club room and the view was so amazing. Staff there was fun and polite! Will come again.

Amenities, was great. The room was nice, but cleanliness can be better. It’s not hard to wipe down the furnitures. Indoor pool would have been great. Overall great for adults not so much for children.
