We had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites in Albuquerque! From the very beginning, the experience was seamless — the staff went out of their way to accommodate an early check-in, which made my travel day so much easier. Every team member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and stress-free. The combination of great staff support and thoughtful service truly made my stay stand out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Albuquerque and will definitely be returning!

The room was nice and clean but they were in the middle of some renovations which wasn’t disclosed at time of booking. I did book a couple months in advance maybe the renovation wasn’t planned then but still could have notified me when it was decided.

We checked in on a Wednesday afternoon & checked out Sunday. No Housekeeping any of those days, we had to bring our dirty linen down to the front desk to swap out. We had to ask for more toilet paper. Our shower head broke on Saturday, informed them & was told they couldn’t fix until after we checked out but was sorry. Otherwise everything else was good.
