At 300 meters from the sea, the community has 4 different areas, with 4 swimming pools, for independent use of them.

It has access to the green area from the terrace 2 meters from the lawn and gardens.

It is a very quiet area with no problems of parking, if necessary has its own place. It is very well furnished and with the option to attach a cot in case of need.

It has a terrace of 35 m, in which life is practically made with shade
from 12 in the morning.

TV is available. in the living room and A. A. in the master bedroom and living room, it has a solarium with extraordinary views and a shower. The kitchen has all the accessories (except dishwasher) and utensils.

The owners live 50 meters in case of any setback and the house has a multi-risk housing insurance that covers any type of eventuality.
