(see our other property vrbo nr 6522510 as quality reference): This air-conditioned 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa (sleeps 6) with large private pool (8mx4m) with roman stairs in well maintained garden is located in the beautiful Las Fuentes area of Alcossebre. The villa also provides access to a large communal pool (July and August) and tennis court and is just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful boardwalk, lighthouse, beaches, supermarket, natural park Serra d'Irta, restaurants, bars, bakery, ... yet in a very peaceful and quite residential street. The villa is well equipped with air-conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, TV, dvd player, wifi, bbq, child cot, high chair, washing machine ... There is a terrace overviewing the garden and pool. From the upstairs bedroom you have a nice view on the natural park, light house and sea. Bed linnen, towels, beach towels, ... are also provided. Wonderful villa, very well equipped. Had everything we needed and more. We had such a lovely holiday and felt very much at home there, it really was perfect. Pool was very much enjoyed by our 3 boys and was suprised how warm it got as garden is nice and sunny. Table tennis was a nice touch. We made use of the bikes and went on some lovely bike rides along the coast and good for nipping to the spar shop round the corner.Great spot within walking distance of beach and bars/restaurants. Thank you and we will be returning!

lovely house

very clean and very well equipped house, tastefully decorated, quiet location but not too far from the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool looked to be well maintained and was a good size but because of the time of year we didn't use it. Plenty of cycles in the garage, pool floats and beach toys for the younger ones. There was also a good selection of games and books. It would be nice to have a portable heater in the lounge as it was quite cool on the evenings, there were aircon/heat units in the bedrooms and dining room but nothing in the lounge. Plenty of on site parking.

Het huis was zoals vermeld , alles is voor handen en netjes. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en alles was perfect schoon. het zwembad was zeer mooi en zeer goed onderhouden. Er waren 2 minpunten ; er waren slechts 3 ligbedden bij het zwembad voor een 6 persoons huis toch wat weinig en een bedbodem is echt aan vervanging toe. Anders was alles met 5 sterren gehonoreerd

Ontzettend leuk verblijf gehad en een zeer aangename ontmoeting met de eigenaars. Het ontvangst bij de gastvrouw was zeer vlot en aangenaam. Alles was voorzien met een uitnodigend flesje Cava koel in de koelkast reeds klaar. Heb met mijn zoon een zeer aangenaam en comfortabel verblijf gehad. Met vriendelijke groeten Philip

Excellent place to have a rest with the family

Very nice villa with air conditionning and a place for the car in the garden. Located in a very quiet residential area. There are bikes to go in the center of the city (2km). The swimming pool is just perfect, with somebody taking care of it. A small beach is just 5 min walk away. The owner and the person who takes care of the check in / check out are very friendly. And everything you need for 6 persons is present in the villa.

Très bon séjour

nous avons été accueillis par une délicate attention , cette villa est très bien placée dans un quartier très calme très appréciable, non loin du centre ville et de cala blanca et cala mundina, un plus avec les vélos à disposition, maison très propre, très bien équipée, literie confortable, piscine qui a 2 ans , Doris ainsi que les propriétaires sont très réactifs pour traiter les petits aléas. nous recommandons

Nous avons été absolument enchantés par les lieux et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans cet intérieur décoré avec goût. Les équipements sont neufs et la literie de qualité. Très jolie piscine ensoleillée équipée de transats et de parasols . Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de Karolyn et de son mari, disponibles pour répondre à nos attentes. Super Haus, super Pool

Wir waren begeistert vom Haus und dem Pool. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und es macht Freude in den Haus zu wohnen. Die Küche hat alles was man brauch in super guter Qualität. Wir haben die Klimaanlage in den Räumen sehr geschätzt. Der Pool ist super, gross genug und mit schöner Umgebung. Das Haus hat einen Parkplatz und ist sehr gut gelegen. Die Uebergabe der Schlüssel und die Organisation hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir geben dieser Unterkunft definitiv 5 Sterne.
