Rural House Benitandús 1

Rural House Benitandús is a former building constructed in 1887 for agricultural and livestock purposes, located on the banks of the Veo River in the small village of Benitandús. The house has been completely restored and is equipped with all the comforts so that you feel at home. It has four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, one of them located in the attic, and offers beautiful views of the natural surroundings.



The layout is as follows: on the ground floor you will find the kitchen-office, the living room, one of the toilets, and the patio. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the second floor, the attic serves as a bedroom, with a private bathroom and terrace.



From mid-June to early September, you can enjoy a communal swimming pool located about 200 metres away.



Rural House Benitandús is situated in the Sierra Espadán Natural Park, allowing you to enjoy idyllic tranquillity in the heart of nature. In addition, its proximity to the main urban centres of the Plana de Castellón makes it easy to access all necessary services.
