Also this apartment is a perfect option for families with children who want to be near a beauty and safe beach and with many options and attractions for the children.



This apartment in Alcudia Beach has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people. The townhouse is cozy, has an exterior, and is 110 m². The property is located right next to the beach. It has views of the sea and the mountain.



Inside you will find three bedrooms with plenty of light (one room with queen size bed of 150 cm x 190 cm, the second bedroom with two double beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and the third room has a bunk bed. The 3 bedrooms at on the first floor.



The apartment has two complete bathrooms (one downstairs and the other one upstairs), a bright lounge with a sofa, air conditioning in the dining area for six people, a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular terrace looking straight to the beach and the most beautiful pine path of Puerto de Alcudia. Theres a safe-box in the apartment.







The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path.



You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba... You´ll also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.



There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia.



If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...

Excellent Location

Excellent location 20 meters from fantastic beach, property was cleaned before our arrival and the check in process was extremely efficient. Bit disappointed there was only air conditioning in one bedroom, pleasantly surprised there was a dishwasher as was not listed. Overall very good but the villa needs a bit of maintenance to ensure everything is still in good working order

An amazing front facing beach house

Exactly like the photos, this house is literally seconds walk to the beach. It accommodates 4 adults and 2 children very comfortably. Amenities are close by: a huge supermarket 5 mins walk away, a petrol station which is on the next street and a very good restaurant a few doors down. The only reason why I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because the bathroom downstairs is very small which makes it awkward to get in and out with children. Otherwise it would be perfect! The owner of the house is incredibly warm, friendly and willing to help you as and when needed.
