This very well equipped villa is centrally located, bordering the main road that links Alcudia with Pollensa and Sa Pobla, and has been beautifully furnished. It offers a very good accommodation in the Pollensa/Alcudia area and is ideal for a family or group of friends looking to be close to the beaches, nightlife and attractions of Puerto Alcudia, whilst the historic old town of Alcudia and the bay of Pollensa are both 3 Km. distant. The villa is well equipped and tastefully decorated.



La Alzina is set on the crest of a hill above the road to Alcudia, and also has a lovely covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool (9m x 5m, depth 1.1m to 2.1m, with steps) and lawned garden (bordered by trees offering shade), whilst there are superb panoramic views of the sea and bay from the garden and upstairs bedrooms. Enchanting and immaculate, this house is highly recommended.



Two storeys. From the shaded dining veranda doors lead into a spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and CD players, then into a modern fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs, whilst upstairs is a master double with ensuite bathroom and superb views of the bay. All the bedrooms have A/C, and the villa also offers free Internet connection (Wi-Fi). There is also a BBQ at the rear of the villa. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

Paradise

An amazing character property with everything to make you feel right at home. A lovely terrace and superb grounds with a fabulous pool make this an all round ideal place for a chilled out break. Glad we took the Property Managers advice and rented a car for the full week, as whilst it looked like a walk into town on the map, it certainly isn't. The property itself if based off a main road into Alcudia, but set far enough back from the road to avoid any interruptions or noise. Similarly the grounds are very private and cannot be seen by the neighbouring villa, so perfection. Thank you for a fabulous week.
