The apartment was wonderful, close to shops, bars & restaurants without being noisy and a beach view from the balcony. The property was spacious, clean and well furnished with a very well equipped kitchen. Access to the private swimming pools was a real bonus and my daughter made great use of them! Mateo was very helpful and communicative, access on arrival was easily arranged and he was flexible on arrival and departure time. We had a brilliant holiday staying here and are already looking to stay again.

Amazing

Stayed mid-July. Brilliant location close to shops, bars and restaurants without being too noisy. Great balcony view of the beach. Apartment had absolutely everything we needed, great cooking facilities, useful washing machine, comfortable beds etc and really clean. Air con a blessing. Apartment block felt safe and other guests pleasant. No problems parking. Mateo was helpful and on hand if needed and met us as we arrived. Spent lots of time at the beach rather than the swimming pool but the pool was nice and never too busy, could always get a sunbed. The beach was so close we didn't have to struggle taking loads of stuff with us as we could pop back to grab whatever we needed. The location was very busy, which is what we wanted, with lots to do and felt safe enough to let our teenagers go off by themselves. Massive choice of restaurants and we had very good meals but did feel food was rather expensive compared to our last trip to Majorca (in 2019). Would absolutely stay here again.

the perfect home for a holiday on the beach

Just like everyone wrote before me, this apartment is great for a wonderful family holiday right on the beach. Communication with Joana and Mateu was very easy and we were handed over the apartment perfectly clean. It's quite nice to hear the reactions of passers-by when they saw us lying by the pool or when we enjoyed the wonderful view on the balcony, "oh they have a nice place, with their own pool!". With a perfect location next to the restaurants and shops, it was a super holiday for us. We would love to come again.

This apartment is excellent. Very clean & modern. The location is perfect, overlooking the long sandy beach & close to the harbour with a great selection of restaurants. The pool is great. The owners were extremely helpful & accommodating & were easy to correspond with. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was just as shown in the photos. It was very clean and has an amazing view from the balcony. Mateu was always on hand via WhatsApp with any questions before our arrival and during our stay, and was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed and there is even a washing machine (although an instruction booklet would be useful). There is a hairdryer and iron which aren't shown on the apartment details. The apartment itself is in a great location close to the port area where there are numerous restaurants and bars but of course close to the beach. Like other people have mentioned the beach directly outside on the apartments has lots of seaweed and is a little smelly (but you can only smell this if you're in the water), so we just walked a little further down the beach. The sand and water are very clean and the beach is perfect for those with smaller children as it is very shallow for a long way out. As we were there as travel was just opening up from COVID the pool was never busy when we were there as there were reduced tourists. The pool seemed bigger in real life than from the photos and we never had a problem finding a sun lounger. Just a note to say that ball games and inflatables are not permitted in the pool, but this was fine for us as we went to the beach most days. Overall a great stay and would recommend. My only feedback to improve the stay for others would be to provide an information pack showing where the bins are, restaurant recommendations etc. and also to change the main bedroom sheets as they are scratchy. Our stay in Alcudia

We had a fantastic holiday in Mateu’s apartment with our grown up daughters. Mateu was very easy to get hold of whenever I needed to ask something and was incredibly flexible and accommodating. The apartment was lovely and clean on our arrival. The views across the bay from the small balcony are beautiful. We would definitely go back again in the future.

Loved location to beach

Our stay went very smoothly. We were met at property as pre arranged. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Apartment itself was as expected, clean and well equipped. We especially enjoyed being so near to the beach. Early morning coffees on balcony being favourite time of day. We took return taxi to apartment from airport (through PMI), but hired a car for a day in the middle of our stay from rental company across the road from apartment. This was very reasonable, about 45 euros for a day including insurances. Expect to pay about 75 euros each way for taxi. Local buses were very busy so defo worth doing to see the island. We didn't use the pool as it was too busy for us and we prefer the sea anyway. Lovely week had.

Perfect spot for the beach

We enjoyed our stay here. Mateo met us at the apartment when we arrived and gave us a little tour. It is nicely furnished and decorated with a kitchen full of all the cooking supplies you would need if you choose to cook some meals on your own. The views of the beach from the balcony are absolutely stunning from sunrise to sunset. It is a really stylish building, and you can relax on the balcony and watch people pause during their strolls to admire the architecture. The apartment is located directly in front of a bus stop that will take you to and from the airport or anywhere you want on the island, should you opt for a day trip. We took a trip to Formentor up a really crazy, winding mountain road, and even with a bus change, the trip was less than one hour one way. There are tons of shops and restaurants on the streets surrounding the apartment, and many options for groceries within a few minutes walk. The shops and restaurants stay open very late, but when the windows and doors are closed, you really don't notice much noise. The water by the apartment is quite shallow and is perfect for young children or to dip your feet. If you prefer slightly deeper water, walk down the beach to the first pier. There is also a nice park by the pier for a shady picnic lunch. There are many options for boat rides and water sports close by, if you are into big thrills, and the boardwalk and beach make for nice evening walks. Overall, excellent communication and assistance by the hosts and perfect location for a beach stay. You cannot go wrong by booking this place.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We had a great time staying in Mateu and Joanna's Carabela Apartment. Lovely, comfortable, modern feeling apartment with well equipped stylish kitchen and great shower room. Beautiful views from the lounge and double bedroom of Alcudia Beach and Bay. So convenient for the sandy beach and all the great restaurants, bars and shops. Private parking was handy. Kids loved the nearby Waterpark. All in all a fantastic holiday. Would definitely recommend Carabela No. 125 for anyone wanting a beach holiday with all the amenities nearby !

Lovely comfortable apartment with an amazing view!

This is a really lovely apartment with a balcony that overlooks the beautiful Alcudia bay. It's right in the middle of a lively resort so easy access to all shops and restaurants but can get a little loud at night. Although the noise seems to die down shortly after midnight. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable holiday. A very well equipped kitchen with every kind of coffee maker you could ever need, a juice squeezer to make use of the delicious and cheap oranges sold in the supermarkets, and very good pots, pans, utensils and cutlery. The local shops have a variety of foods to cook but there is a Lidl close by where you can fully stock up. The bathroom has been recently renovated and is lovely. The shower is really good and the toilet is separate. Beds are not huge but mattresses are ok, although the mattress protector and bedding were a bit scratchy - this is the only thing we would change. All in all we had a great holiday and could definitely recommend a stay here.

Relaxing holidays in perfect apartment

We really enjoyed our holidays. The apartment is cosy, clean, well fitted and perfectly located. Our kids loved the two swimming pools. Mateu (the owner) was very friendly and responsive. We can absolutely recommend this appartment.
